McAfee believes there was one "state actor" responsible for the attack and while they officially refused to say who did it, one expert said all evidence points to China.
Victims include the United States, Taiwan, India, South Korea, Vietnam, Canada, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, the International Olympic Committee, the World Doping Organization, and a long list of defense contractors and tech companies.
