Mấy năm nay Phần lan được cả thế giới thán phục về chất lượng giáo dục, có lẽ đây là một số lý do:

Ở ta toàn những người trượt đại học mới học trung cấp sư phạm, và sau này dạy cấp 1. Thay vì ở cái cấp mà lẽ ra cần được hưởng 1 sự giáo dục tốt với chất lượng tốt thì ở ta lại như vậy. Hỏng từ gốc rồi.

ReplyDeleteNói chung người thầy giỏi là người có kỹ năng sư phạm tốt và tâm huyết với nghề, còn ở bậc phổ thông kiến thức chưa nhiều nên chưa cần những người quá thông minh, mà hãy để họ phát huy ở những lĩnh vực khác sẽ hữu ích hơn.
Vấn đề là phải làm sao để cho các e học được sự sáng tạo, ngay từ khi còn nhỏ? Cần là cần những con người chứ ko cần những cái máy dug ko bạn Tùng
