Fascinating: Robert Shiller đưa ra ý tưởng thay vì phát hành government bond (debt), chính phủ phát hành government share (equity) cho dân chúng. Hàng năm thay vì trả coupon cho bond, chính phủ sẽ trả dividend cho share tùy thuộc vào tăng trưởng kinh tế (earning) của nền kinh tế năm đó.
